We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team in the hard money lending space. This is a 100% commission-based position, ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for real estate investment finance.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in mortgage, real estate, financial services, or a related field (hard money experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of fix-and-flip, bridge, and ground-up construction loans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and referral partners
- Self-starter with strong time management, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing
- Familiarity with loan structuring, credit analysis, and general underwriting guidelines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- CRM experience preferred (Salesforce, etc.)
- Someone with a pipeline is preffered
Responsibilities:
- Source and manage your own pipeline of borrower and broker leads
- Educate clients on loan programs, terms, and the approval process
- Pre-qualify borrowers and gather necessary documentation
- Collaborate with internal processing and underwriting teams to ensure smooth and timely closings
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and referral partners throughout the loan process
- Meet or exceed monthly loan production goals and KPIs
Compensation:
- 100% Commission-Based (Industry-leading commission splits)
- No income cap – your earnings are tied directly to your performance

- There is a draw, but essentially this is a straight commission job
